China Data Asset Management 50+Forum ", exploring and listin




To accelerate the development and utilization of satellite remote sensing and land cover data, Shanghai Institute of Surveying and Mapping is collaborating with Shanghai Stock Exchange to establish an innovation center for the spatiotemporal geographic data industry, in order to explore industry standards and norms for the circulation of spatiotemporal geographic data and promote the construction of relevant data infrastructure. In addition, Zhejiang Chaoying Technology Co., Ltd. has recently listed Haining City Urban Comprehensive Data Assets on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and initiated financing docking. At this summit, they officially signed financing and credit agreements with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Jiaxing Bank, and Haining Rural Commercial Bank to support infrastructure construction, application scenario expansion, business model output, and promote the development of low altitude economy.

The implementation of heavyweight cooperation projects promotes the healthy development of the global data asset market

The "China Data Asset Management 50+Forum" is jointly initiated by the National Engineering Laboratory of Big Data Circulation and Trading Technology, the Shanghai Data Exchange Research Institute, and the Shanghai Data Development Technology Co., Ltd. Research Institute, with the participation of universities, enterprises, financial institutions, professional service agencies, and well-known smart libraries. The founding members include Yang Shanlin, an academician of the CAE Member, Du Ping, the former Deputy Director of the Party Secretary of the National Information Center, Wu Aiqun, the Director of the Network Security Committee of the China Communications Society, Xiao Geng, the Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of International Finance, and nearly 100 domestic and foreign experts. The forum will focus on the ongoing discussions and exchanges on "China's New Assets, Global New Value", aiming to propose new theories, systems, and paradigms for data asset management, and promote a new global resource allocation pattern centered on data assets.


The release of the "Shanghai Declaration on Building a Global Data Asset Market" was witnessed by the London Stock Exchange Group, Drip Irrigation Macau Financial Asset Exchange, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Taihe Think Tank, PwC, and Shanghai Data Exchange. It will focus on the interconnection of the global data asset market, the allocation of data element resources, advocate for deep integration of data and reality, release the value of data assets, leverage Shanghai's advantages, and promote the healthy development of the global data asset market.

In the signing process, the Shanghai Stock Exchange will work together with the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises and the Data Price Committee of the China Price Association to carry out strategic cooperation on promoting data asset standards and system construction for small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on theoretical policy research on data asset evaluation and data factor market supervision. At the same time, the Shanghai Small and Medium sized Enterprise Development Service Center will also collaborate with the Shanghai Stock Exchange to launch the "Shanghai Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New Data Torch Ecological Partner Program", empowering "specialized, refined, unique, and new" enterprises to embrace the data industry, make good use of data resources, and enhance the value of data assets, including releasing a list and development index of excellent "specialized, refined, unique, and new" data element enterprises.
